Frequently Asked Questions
Community Share Pool
Q: What is the Hash AI Community Share Pool?
A: Hash AI provides a revolutionary approach to optimising crypto mining, through use of advanced AI algorithms to select the most profitable coins to mine in real-time. Mining returns from our global mining facilities are shared to the community through this feature, rewarded in Ethereum.
Q: How does the SharePool work?
A: You deposit your $HASHAI tokens into the Share Pool. Your share of rewards is calculated based on the amount you contribute relative to the total pool. Rewards accrue over 28 days and can be claimed according to the pool schedule.
Q: How do I deposit into the Share Pool?
Go to our Dapp, connect your wallet and navigate to the "Share Pool" tab.
Deposit your $HASHAI tokens. (Higher token deposits yield a higher reward.)
Your tokens will be locked for 28 days. You may only join during the 48 hour "Deposit Phase". Follow our X to keep up to date.
Q: Can I withdraw my tokens at any time?
A: Yes, you can withdraw your deposited tokens at any time. However, withdrawing early will incur a 15% early withdrawal fee.
Q: If I withdraw my tokens, do I still get rewards?
A: No. Withdrawing early means you forfeit any rewards accumulated and pay the 15% early withdrawal fee.
Q: How is the early withdrawal fee collected?
A: The 15% fee is automatically deducted from your withdrawn tokens at the time of early withdrawal.
Q: How often are rewards distributed?
A: Rewards are typically distributed on a 28 day basis, but exact schedules are posted on the HashAI platform and social channels
Q: Do I need to claim my rewards manually?
A: Yes, rewards must be claimed through the Dapp/SharePool interface. When you claim, your accumulated ETH rewards are sent to your wallet. Q: Can I keep my $HASHAI tokens in the pool after claiming rewards?
A: Absolutely. Keeping your tokens in the pool allows you to continue without having to redeposit.
Q: What happens if I forget to claim my ETH rewards?
A: If you forget to claim your rewards, they will continue to accumulate and you will be able to claim them during the next withdraw window. Make sure to check the SharePool schedule so you don’t miss your opportunity to collect your ETH.
Q: Is there a maximum deposit?
A: Yes, the maximum deposit per wallet is 1 billion $HASHAI tokens. Make sure your contribution does not exceed this limit when depositing into the SharePool.
Q: Are there any whitelist or bonus perks for SharePool participants? A: Yes, keeping your tokens in the pool may make you eligible for future whitelist opportunities, bonus drops, or other community perks.

Q: How do I know when the next withdrawal window is?

Q: Can rewards be compounded?
A: Yes, rewards can continue to accumulate in the pool if left unclaimed, allowing for compounding until the next withdraw window.
Q: Can I use my rewards to buy more $HASHAI tokens automatically?
A: Automatic reinvestment is not currently available. You must manually claim your ETH rewards and then use them to purchase additional $HASHAI if desired.
